Hilarious Notice
So the UK is in the middle of a snow crisis. I heard on the radio today that the Chill Factor in Manchester (an indoor snow dome for skiing etc) is closed due to the snow (in Manchester)!! Has the world gone mad?
I enjoy hearing things about how people/city react to an unusual weather "event" (e.g. +30C days in Edmonton or a snow fall in Tokyo or Manchester). How come Edmonton never "closes" in snow storm, -40C wind chill, etc.?
